I know that you talk mostly of fishing from the boat, but for pier guys the bite has been mostly slow. We went out August 9th during the big storm that we had and the bite was on. Caught 15 spanish with 14 keepers tons of bait fish including blues and hard tail, and a very suprising aj. Seems like the hard rains really got them active or just cooled the waters off. If you have any tips on wade fishing I would really appreciate that info. Im new to all of this and love learning new tips and tricks to help put the fish on. Thanks so much Cornbread.
